2004 American Home Shield National Contractor Conference & Trade Show
ATLANTA, GEORGIA – 1st Custom Software presented their new “Call 2 Call” product at the 2004 American Home Shield National Contractor Conference & Trade Show on September 30, 2004. At the conference, over 800 conference attendees were able to discuss ways to make their AHS contractor business more profitable. 1st Custom Software presented their solution, which automates many facets of AHS order processing and billing.
Many conference attendees came to the 1st Custom Software trade show booth to test drive the software with information and data from their own business. These businesses were able to see how the software solution could save time and money for them. The product automatically receives orders with a “no data re-entry” required fax interface, email interface, & AHS custom interface. Attendees were also impressed with the product’s “live” scheduling facility that allows both office workers and technicians to see the real time schedule from any computer with Internet access.
Mark V, President, was on hand at the booth to discuss the business benefits of the software solution with conference attendees. When asked for his thoughts on the trade show, Mr. Mark V said, “This was a great show—the synergies between the various businesses represented here was incredible. I see the potential for us to create business value by working together.”
